WORKING TOGETHER

A thoughtful process.
A practical record.

The real shape of any engagement would be agreed around its question, people and constraints.

01

Understand

Share the context, hear the people affected and name the question.

02

Frame

Clarify the boundaries, assumptions and choices to explore.

03

Explore

Use simple working materials to compare possibilities.

04

Agree

Record decisions, open questions and responsibilities.

05

Review

Check what happened and decide what needs to change.

MATERIALS WITH A PURPOSE

The board is a tool.
The conversation matters.

Working materials help people see the same information and correct misunderstandings. They should stay understandable to the people who use them.

Preparation, participation needs, deliverables and review points belong in the scope agreement. A visually busy workshop is not evidence of agreement.
